I have a leg shorter than the other, this does the trick, i used them for all my shoes... perhaps the downside is that i think they need to be replaced quite often in my case as they will go slightly down with use, and i like to keep the high always the same.. but very happy with them.. the only recommendation i would have is to sell them in beige or light brown, so i could use them with sandals.. or shoes opened in the back.. i tried to paint one with nail polish.. but didnt really work..

I purchased this product in the 12mm size as I have been suffering with Achilles tendonitis. From the first day of using it in my shoes I had significant improvement with the condition. Would definitely recommend this for anyone suffering with the same.

My physio told me to get these as I ruptured my achillis 2 yes ago. I have less pain and they are comfortable to wear. I. Going to get more to put in other shoes as at the moment I only have the one pair and wear them in my work shoes.

Does a good job, recommend outing under the actual shoe insole as it is a little hard for the foot.

I never leave Amazon reviews BUT this is so terrible for the price that I felt I needed to leave a comment. These 'heel elevators' were bought to help my recovery from a snapped Achilles, now that I am back walking in normal shoes. These are made out of some kind of cross between hard foam and granite rock. I tried them in my shoes. They were so uncomfortable that I took them out and put them straight back in the jiffy back to send back...only to find you can't return them. So they went straight in the bin. You might as well give £5.99 to the next homeless person you see because at least you'd feel good for doing it. This sort of rubbish should not be allowed to be sold.
