Ajapa Japa Meditation, Breath Mantra Consciousness (Double CD) Audio CD – July 31, 2007

Loved the CD. I don't understand other reviewers that leave a bad review, just because the CD is not what they had IMAGINED it would be... without taking the time to read the description of what the CD actually offers. This is a mantra CD, as the description reads, it is a primal sound vibration that liberates energy and expands and strengthens the mind. The breathing exercises I learned through these teachings are among the best I've I tried, and I've tried MANY. Learning to "stretch" the breathing (Ujjayi) alone, proved to be an excellent way to relaxation and meditation.* I have no affiliation or relation to the creators of this CD, but I feel hurt for them, and I feel I have to speak up when their product is battered in a review. Again this CD is not offered as "relaxation music".This is an EXCELLENT CD, if you know what you're looking for.

I did not like this cd. I thought it would be relaxing music and its just an instructor telling you how to relax and breathe and stuff like that. Its not for me but i'm not saying that its not what someone else would want.
