The white just looks so much better in my opinion and the side opening works really great for everyone coming and going and even for dogs. The magnets work great with no problem and it has a velcro tie back so if you have to keep it open you can. I had recently purchased this because I had a black one with the center opening for approximately a year and it just started to completely fall apart starting with the magnets breaking off and then the fabric unraveling, the center opening was always awkward getting the magnets to stick. I’m so glad I found this one and so far I feel the quality is good so I’m hoping it will last a long time. Will definitely purchase again in the future if needed.

Hard to put up so magnetic strip will close properly.needs 2 people at least.

Easy install and effective!

We have bought 3 of these as they typically last about a season in our house. These are our very favorite screens as they come in white and blend in perfectly. The first day, we were surprised by how difficult they were to see through. However after the initial adjustment, we got used to it and feel like they are plenty transparent.The best part of these screens is that they have an off-set opening so they are perfect for a sliding door. The magnets are very strong and close every time (when hung correctly) even when pets or kids walk through in either direction. Typically, the downfall of these screens is they get a rip in them at about the knee level. However, we go through our back door a lot, so for the price, we feel that they owe us nothing.The screen is super-easy to install and the velcro outlasts the screen. The first one we purchased lasted the longest, and the velcro adhesive strip left yellow goo stain on our back trim. It looks pretty terrible and we still cannot get it off. The other two screens pulled right off without leaving any residue.The reason for my low rating is that this 3rd screen came without any way to mount it. Only because we have ordered these so many times (many as gifts to friends and family), we know it typically comes with a great little case with extra support tacks and a full roll of Velcro tape. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to hang this screen because they forgot the mounting supplies. Also, our second screen came already with a tiny rip in it near the bottom. Needless to say, it only got bigger despite our best efforts to repair it.We would recommend this screen if the company stayed at their high standard we first experienced 3 years ago. However, the screens are lasting a bit shorter before tearing and then this issue with missing mounting supplies makes us hesitate to recommend or send as gifts again.

Really like this screen door. Easy install and looks great. No need to remove when not in use.
