Great! I use these for meal prep. I put them inside larger containers and use them for nuts, hummus, salad toppings and dressings. I keep them upright, but I shake the ones with dressing and have never had a leak even with vinaigrette. Also have found them useful for crafting. I mix paint in these and then if I need to stop for whatever reason I can snap the lid on and not have my mixed colors all dry out. The 2 oz size fits roughly 3 large stuffed olives, 2 oz= 1/4 cup, but you really can put slightly less.

If you buy a large bag or container of nuts, you might want to control how much you eat by putting the nuts into these small BPA free containers. I was portioning out Macadamia nuts and found that the 2 oz. cups were good for a 1 oz. portion of nuts (100 calories), whereas the 4 oz. cups were needed for a 2 oz. serving size of nuts (200 calories). I used a small scale so everything was weighed carefully.

Was looking for a Replacement for the ones that I used to buy at s&f because they have become horrible quality over the years. These ones are 100x better. Lid goes on easy and stays on great. The plastic doesn't bend when you try to get the lid on like the ones I mentioned from S&F. No leaks at all. Love them

These cups are great for packing up dips, sauces and condiments. They are leak proof and durable. Its a staple item in my house.
