Not as advertised. The shoes are worn and not new; the bottom shows noticeable damage. They have clear signs of use, suggesting someone tested them outdoors, resulting in scratches. The small part section surface material on the bottom is different from the rest, indicating they were likely returned after being used. Additionally, there's grey or blonde hair inside one of the shoes. I'm getting a new pair. This is not right.

too narrow, cannot get my foot in and no stretch to allow this.

Memory foam did not last as long as it lasted last time.
