Even though they are both called Rhodiola, they contain different kinds of extracts. Nature’s Way Rhodiola is standardized to 3% Rosavins and 1% Salidrosides, which gives you calming effects and energy at the same time, while Natural Factors Rhodiola is standardized to only 3% Salidrosides, which only gives energy. After I took Natural Factors’ Rhodiola, I felt heart palpitations right away and felt like I drank lots of coffee. I took it for 3 days and my palpitations got worse. After I stopped it, my heart palpitations gradually improved. So, if you are sensitive to caffeine and stimulating stuff, be careful taking this kind of Rhodiola extract.
