Works well, did what its supposed to. Other reviewers discuss a white film after using this. Yes, it leaves a white film but you just wipe it off with a paper towel...

I followed the directions precisely and tested the back of my object, once the test went well I began applying my layers, after the 3rd it became very dull and cloudy and has now ruined my expensive clay art object! I am furious!

destroyed paint of my pot and plant stand where I sprayed to make it water resistant. I now see someone also left review saying it leaves white coat.. It is annoying. now I need to repaint my pot and also stand. such a nice red looking pot has been made so dirty look wise !

I was hoping for a completely-clear coating, but as other reviewers noted, despite my following the usage instructions to the letter, for some reason about a third of the area I sprayed was covered with a white coating (my item is a ceramic Aztec calendar, about 20" diameter, and I wanted to clear-coat for outside decoration).I could not live with the white coating, so I was able to remedy my problem by a trip to the hardware store for some very good medium brown spray paint and now it looks great, but I was hoping just the clear coat would do.So while my story has a happy ending, I'm not happy about that white coating, it's supposed to be a clear-coat, correct?
