Goodson 2" Yellow Aluminum Oxide Medium Grit Roloc Bristle Disc for Angle Grinder & Bench Die Grinder

Used to clean up my aluminum heads on my 5.3 silverado to put new manifolds on. Worked great with out digging into the aluminum.

I have been working on motorcycles for 15 years, and the day I discovered 3m roloc discs, my life got so much easier. These are the most amazing tools for prepping gasket surfaces that I have every tried, and I have tried them all. Gasket remover sprays, razor blades, gasket scrapers, brillo pads, etc - if you are a mechanic, do yourself a favor and buy these and an angle grinder, no need to thank me. The high price tag 3m imposed on these discs is well worth it, given their purpose. Longevity is also a huge plus. They look like they would wear down fast, but I can get about 6 head gasket jobs per disc. Smaller surfaces, like covers and such almost don't use it up at all. Go white for aluminum/magnesium and yellow for steel/iron. Green I wouldn't recommend for gaskets, but works fantastic to strip paint off!

These are kinda expensive ' but really work well. They leave a nice finish no gouges or scars to have to worry about . I bought one to try after I seen them at SEMA and I'm buying another more now!!!!

These are great to clean mating surfaces for gaskets in engines.I just cleaned a 4276T John Deere Head gasket/plusAlso Transfer case on a duramax.Takes no metal off, just old stuff.

Works as advertised! As the headline states, it’s my new favorite tool in the shop. I use it for cleaning up metal for painting prep, removing gaskets and silicon, taking the edge off sharp metal, removing rust. You name it, and it probably will get it done. Love it and will be buying again.
