Multimineral with 1000mg Calcium Magnesium Zinc D3

I love these trace minerals pills so much better than Concentrace! I saw a lot of reviews saying these pills are ginormous so I posted a couple photos of the pill compared to other “normal” supplements. The first photo shows it in comparison to a C vitamin, a fish oil pill, and a turmeric capsule. The second photo shows the size and thickness comparison to a C vitamin. As you can see, it’s a torch bigger but not as extreme as many of the reviews make it! If you’re used to taking supplements then you’ll be fine taking it!My favorite thing about it is that it doesn’t get mushy. I was taking Concentrace brand trace minerals because it was recommended to me. I’d never taking trace minerals before so I just assumed it was a normal thing for the pill to sort of disintegrate. It didn’t matter what situation it was in... hot, cold, room temp, fridge, dark, light, dark bottle, by itself, with other supplements... it still got mushy and then it was extremely difficult to take because it tasted horrible and would get stuck going down. These MultiMineral Plus supplements do not do that at all! I have them stored in room temp and I divvy them up into weekly pill containers where they commingle with other supplements and they do just fine. They don’t get stuck going down, therefore I don’t taste them at all, and they don’t get all over everything because they don’t get mushy! I will buy these over other brands forever and ever!

Bought this product to relieve foot/hand cramps. Definitely helped after one dose, so I use it daily. If I miss a couple of days, cramps return. Great source of Vitamin D, calcium and Zinc, along with other trace minerals. However, the pills are really hard to swallow- it's like trying to swallow a piece of chalk. I normally do not have problems swallowing pills, however, these are difficult.

After seeing a doctor who told me he was unable to determine exactly why my tongue & toes have this tingling sensation he referred me to a Rheumatoid Arthritis. I decided to cut back on my sugar intake and get the proper mineral my body needs. After reading up on this product I decided to purchase it and try it out. I I feel as though this is a good product that provides the necessary supplementals for my body, but it made me queasy! I could eat a full breakfast and still feel nauseous. Maybe it's too strong for me, but I had to return the product.

I very rarely write reviews but in this case, I'm constrained to do so.I purchased this product because of the good reviews, but my expectations were not high. I'm writing to say that this exceeds expectations. I've taken only two doses (two days) and last night night was the first night in countless others that I didn't suffer from legs/feet cramps. Not only that, but my stressful ticks are gone. I have a sense of well-being and calm I have not had in years. This is the only thing new in my regimen. I know very BODY is different and has different deficiencies and needs. This certainly fulfilled mine. I am SO thankful for this product.

I tried very hard to like these tablets but I couldn't swallow them whole. I tried cutting them in half and still had trouble with them. If it was a capsule I think I would have had an easier time. If you don't have my issue with swallowing large tablets, it will be fine.

This product is my new favorite daily multivitamin. It has all 72 trace minerals with plenty of calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Also, I didn't want a product with iron since I get enough from my diet, so this was perfect for me since it's iron free. What I love is that there are 50 servings, so the price is incredible for the product you're getting, as it lasts almost 2 months! And the company is small and family run, so I know I'm supporting good quality. Thank you Steele Spirit!

Received in good condition. Just started taking these. One noticible thing, these are the biggest pills I have EVER taken in my life. The person who told you on here that they are not very big,is not telling you the truth or wrote a review who works or has affiliations with the company. Not fair to say I haven't seen a difference because I have only been taking them for 3 days now.

Suffering from leg cramps at night that had me up multiple times, I gave this a try and am pleased. It has helped immensely, and I rarely have problems- usually when I forget to take them for a few days in a row. These pills are tasteless, but big. You can break them in half, so that helps a little. I just wash them down with V8 juice, and that seems to help. I like that it contains several minerals and trace minerals, not just one or two, as well as D3. Good stuff.
