Ming Tsai Ceramic Nonstick Technolon 11" Grill Pan

Ordered two, one was damaged. After several weeks of emails, it was returned and credit was issued on the damaged pan. I love the way this pan heats and clean up is so easy. Well worth the money!

I expected this to be conductive, It's not... bumber.

Just the right size and shape for frying or toasting. Wonderful grill for steaks and chops. Easy cleanup and stores easily.

Not only does the exterior paint come off after the first use (a comment echoed by all buyers on HSN), but after 4 uses, the inside coating is worthless. I was so excited about the non-stick performance of the pan the first 3x I used it. I even told friends about it. However, on my 4th usage I grilled asparagus spears (like in the infomercial) instead of meat. The pan would not come clean. It's blackened. I scrubbed it with dish soap and a soft cloth as I do all my pots and pans and per the directions. I've tried 3x since to cook a tuna or beef steak in it and the entire steak sticks to the pan even if I oil it a tiny bit. I've bought $12 plans that lasted for many years and required much less cleanup.
