Works well, help me feel better

Many years ago Elemis produced an amazing temple balm that really did work to soothe and relax. The scent was sublime and it truly worked. For some unknown reason they stopped making it. I found out in lockdown (v1.0) and since then have been trying to find something that will recreate the aromas and feeling that the temple balm did. Well ok, this isn’t a temple balm so it’s not going to have that impact of soothing the mind by gentle massage. The scent of This Works Stress Check Mood thingy is nice though. Does it work? Possibly not if you’re at the level of anxiety I’m now at. If you’re at low level stress (think annoying bumbling driver in front or person blocking aisles in the supermarket, the colleague who won’t shut up when you’ve got a deadline!) this does help. It is a lovely aroma and it does make your shoulders drop and those immediate stresses waft away. It seems pricey for such a little bottle but you only need a couple of sprays once or twice a day. It won’t stop you panicking about energy prices or the chances of thermonuclear war, but it does have a scent that helps calm and ease. Is it that golden unicorn that Elemis temple balm was? Alas no… but it seems that change is inevitable. Take a deep breath, squirt and let the stresses waft away.

I spray some onto my mask at work to ease the stress of the day. The smell lasts all day and it does have a calming effect.

This spray had been amazing, it has help eased anxieties & made me feel calmer. The scent is lovely & does not smell like your usual calming products. I've since purchased a second one for work.

Box arrived damahed and crumpled although outer packaging not damaged. Made it look like I'd picked it up at boot sale. Was for my bosses xmas present, no time to return so was a little embarrassed to give it to her.Definitely smells like mud but those fragrances are naturally earthy.

Smells really nice and does seem to help.

This spray really helps relax you when going to bed and twinned with a milky drink is a perfect way to drift off!
