Carburetor Fits for Suzuki DRZ400 DRZ 400 DRZ400SM DRZ400S 2005-2018 Replace 13200-29FB4 Carb Kit With Filter

I just got this bike. Never rode one before so I don't have a reference as to performance but this carb worked perfect for me right out the box. Pulls hard Idles perfect ran 91 miles an hour today. I have not even adjusted the first thing, just ran so good that I hate to play with it. I counted the turns on the air/fuel at 3.5 and just put it back to that and ran it. I've ran it 3 times a day for a week now very happy.

Made my bike have a bit more energy. Think my old carb was blocked or worn.

Going go rebuild the original. This carb is worthless. Will try and figure out what went wrong. Get what you pay for.

This carb is great! First of all bike started right up with the new carb, build quality is great as far as I can tell, and all the parts seem to be interchangeable with the OEM mikuni parts. It came with an adjustable 3 clip setting needle. All I needed to do is switch main jet with a bigger one. Great stuff for the price. Don't forget to plug charcoal canister nipple on the carb if you don't have emmisions stuff.

Def hesitant buying a carb off Amazon, but price was great (roughly same as a rebuild kit) so gave it a go to keep bike running while I rebuild the other. Look and feels is the same. Bike runs great with this carb. Pleased so far and hoping it holds up. I haven’t put it to the test yet with a long ride or trail ride and will update when I do.

Carb arrived a day early. Always nice. If you work on you own motorcycles and vehicles it is an easy install. You may become frustrated when getting the carb into air box and manifold rubbers. Relax. you can do it with no special tools. Comes out and goes in through left side (drivers side for us Gringos)Installed, let the fuel flow, Bing Bang Boom! monkey honeymoon. It runs with zero adjustments.I'll save the Mikuni for later rebuild. You cant go wrong with this Carburetor at this price. Take plenty of pictures if your nervous

This thing had several small metal fragments all inside the carb they were nearly everywhere, after cleaning it out it worked well but I was really not trying to create more problems so returned.

I was leery about buying this unit. It was cheaper than buying a complete carb rebuild kit for my DR400Z. After installing, fired it up and to my surprise, it was running great. The only adjustment I had to make was the throttle idle. They supply you with an inline fuel filter, but it is too big to fit anywhere. This is the way to go. No more carb kits for me.
