Liked the product, but request for the invoice not entertained...

I ordered this product specifically because it showed the holographic image packaging which I had read helps guarantee authenticity. I got a completely different packaging with plain colors and terrible grammar in the instructions, so I doubt they're genuine Maxell batteries at all. And they're nearly dead. My thermometer gave an immediate low battery warning as soon as I put one of these batteries in. Waste of money, very disappointing.
