Disappointed in Print Version
I notice that the good reviews for this book are for the Kindle edition. I ordered the print version however, and began reading right away. My first impression was poor, because the editing in the book is terrible. Ms. Rose is interesting to read and is knowledgeable, but the errors drove me crazy. As I finished reading the introduction, I wondered to myself if the same would be true of the recipes! The first one that caught my eye, “Pressure Cooker Scalloped Potatoes,” called for 6 small potatoes and a total of 7 1/2 POUNDS of grated cheese. Fears confirmed. I’ll have to return it. I can’t trust the recipes. Anyone can make mistakes. Sure. But you don’t publish and sell them.

Horrors! Chocked full of ridiculous errors.
The author of this self-published book is not a cook and knows little about the Mealthy Crisplid. She clearly needs an editor and a test cook to catch the myriad of errors. At least a dozen of the recipes do not list temperature settings. Several do not use a CrispLid at all! She often confuses the Mealthy instant pot lid for the CrispLid, such as the Lasagna and Pot Pork Ribs. The Salmon Tikka ingredients list 1 POUND of marinade, recipe not included.. The “Spaghetti Squash taco boats” calls for 1/2 cup “chopped beans.” I wonder what kind of bean she is talking about? My favorite example of the author’s ineptitude is in the “Okra & Green Beans” recipe where we are instructed to pour frozen okra and green beans into a “dish” and add water, then “cook” for 10 minutes [no clue if these are microwaved, boiled, steamed, broiled, etc..] then after ten whole minutes of cooking, she writes: “Once the veggies are BACK TO NORMAL,” spray with olive oil!I kid you not!Save your money, folks!

Very poorly edited
Like another reviewer mentioned here, I got frustrated just reading the introduction, with all the errors and sentences that made no sense at all. So I moved on to the recipes, and chose the grilled cheese sandwich. It listed several ingredients in addition to the bread and cheese, like tomato, but the directions just said "arrange the bread", put a toothpick in the center and cook at 350 for - minutes. Very odd. Tomorrow I will try the chicken tender recipe. Hoping for the best.

Poorly Written
Poorly written.. Many grammatical errors and the eggplant parmesan recipe shows ingredients for something totally different, looks like chicken nachos or something {See photo}. Very disappointed.. Returning book.
