I bought this for my husband who deals with carpal tunnel. Sometimes, it's really bad when he's at work ( he's a carpenter).He had another brand that mostly worked, but it ended up breaking, so I got this one, and it's been really helpful for keeping his hands from going numb. It also fits really well on his large wrists.He recommend it to a co-worker of his who also bough one.
