While I had to find instructions elsewhere and the tools were a little on the cheap side. The product came packaged well. However there was either no adhesive on the product (And none in the packaging) as some of the answers in the comments section report. I was able to get the replacement completed and now I am having to source adhesive tape elsewhere. Also it seems that the screen is 1-3 mm smaller hight wise as it does not fit in the original case. I am not sure if this is just because the adhesive is not on or not. However the screen keeps falling out at this point. Hopefully the new adhesive will help.Update: It seems is came with adhesive already applied however it is not strong enough to keep the screen on. Also with that adhesive in place the extra double sided tape will not stick. So at this point I should have just sold the phone for parts and bought a different phone.

Excellent. ... use my own tools and took my time and everything worked perfectly. I was surprised how much it's was.... I just wanted to replace the "Glass" that shattered. Well unlike the S3 the S5 are afully adhere to the glass. But it's all good. Like a new fon and wife is very happy (and bought a bumper protection ) lol

The screen adhesive is horrible on this. The screen was falling out of phone. I ended up putting more adhesive that I bought on it and the screen was still falling out. It ended up freezing on me and the screen stopped working.

Great! (but, BUY adhesive tape; not a "full" kit)
Great, EXCEPT for the fact that this is not a "full" kit - be sure to purchase double sided adhesive tape because you won't get any with this purchase... ;)

Great Screen, with easy installation.
Great Product. The screen already had adhesive attached, so I didn't have to mess with sticky tape. Worked perfect and was very easy to install. Thanks for helping me with a quick easy repair.
