The balloon is cute and exactly the shape and colors pictured. HOWEVER, the plastic bag that the balloon came in was already opened and the balloon itself is all wrinkled like it had been blown up once before and deflated. It's like it was a returned item that they just sent back out. I haven't blown it up yet since my daughter's party is in two weeks, and I hope it doesn't have any holes or anything like that. When I've bought balloons at like Party City or Dollar Tree in the past, the deflated new balloons do not have any wrinkles and are folded nicely. This balloon was not. Like I said...hopefully it'll be fine once blown.
