Chocomize Artisan Macaron Collection - 6pcs

First I must say that I have a fascination for just about anything French. And as such my fascination may have influenced me to expect something different than what I got. That being said, I still don't know what I really think of Macarons. My first impression was that these cookies are really quite beautiful. My first bite was from the strawberry Macaron and I found the flavor way too strong. The center seemed to be something akin to a Strawberry preserve and in all fairness I don't like Strawberry Preserve, so there you have it. My next one to try was "Coconut" and it was brilliant. It so reminded me of the incredible Coconut cakes that my dad use to bake. What surprised me about these treats is that they really felt to be more than just a cookie, but rather a small but complete dessert. The texture of this cookie is excellent. My only complaint is that the Strawberry flavor was too much for me. It would be great if it were possible to select only the flavors you actually want. Thus 4 stars as opposed to 5. The delivery was prompt and they were well packaged. My curiosity for Macarons has now been satisfied and though I am not completely over the moon about them, I can see them as a regular part of my teatime. Yummy! Thanks Chocomize.

I wasn't sure what to expect when buying these as I haven't had one before. They arrived on time and are utterly cute. I tried a bite from each to discover how I felt. Now, I am speaking according to my personal palette, but the Vanilla and Coconut were my favourite. Oh! The strawberry as well. Delightful tiny cakes of mouth watering flavor. The seller was very courteous and quick to assist in any problems I might have had. I will certainly buy here again. As well as recommend this particular store.Thank you for giving me a wonderful first taste of French desserts.

Four stars, just because the strawberry macaron looks like it's had better days, the filling inside was missing and the shell was slightly crumbled. Probably due to the fact upon arrival the icepack was melted and it was barely cold, I've placed them in the freezer.I'm sending these too my friend in NV so hopefully I will update on their quality in taste, maybe boost to 5 stars?

This is the second order I have received...The first was out of this world...The second, didn't get off the launch pad....was disappointed that this second batch was not as good as the first.....the cookies had the nice outer shell but were under cooked on the inside and the filling was hit & miss......clearly not consistent in the quality of macaron's

Finally! I got to taste Macarons! And, the way Chocomize prepared everything for me, was just AWESOME! I've been watching The Great British Bake Off, and I've dying to try Macarons. Well, they were everything I hoped they would be. Thank you very much! I can't wait to see what else Chocomize has to offer.

Absolutely delicious! These Macaron's arrived as if they were freshly prepared, Chocomize took the time to package it in a way where they remain fresh and they are delicious. I bought the 6pcs package but will definitely re-order a bigger size. Would love to try out all of the flavors since we only got to taste 6 different flavors: Coconut, Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Salted caramel, lemon. Each tasted amazing but my favorite was Strawberry with a slightly tart filling. Yum-O!

These were sensational. I eat all of them in one sitting. I'm not sure if that makes me fat, but If it does I'm honestly not ashamed because these were great! And the emphasis on packaging really speaks volumes for the company. Grade A product, grade A packaging. I would'nt mind less of a wait, but to be fair, it was well worth the wait. Sensational

These macarons are heavenly. I've never had them before, but I must say Chocomize's macarons were delicious; not too sweet and texture was right (inside is moist and outside slight toast). I wish I had known to pick up this package sooner; it only lasts a week in the fridge and mine had been sitting in an apartment office for a few days before I picked it up.
