Intimo Beyblade Burst Spinner Tops Backpack Lunch Bag Water Bottle Ice Pack 5 PC Mega Set

My (now) six year old absolutely loves Miraculous and wanted a backpack that reflected that for kindergarten last year. I ordered this one over others based on the comments and it did not disappoint. She is now about to begin first grade and this set is still in like new condition and she is by no means easy on her belongings. I cannot get over the thickness of the fabric and the fact that it wasn't falling apart just a few weeks in like all her friends' backpacks or the ones I got her for Pre-K. She got some of the Miraculous Chibi plushie keychains in her stocking at Christmas and for the second semester of school she changed them out every couple weeks and the zipper even held up with that on it. I definitely recommend this backpack set to everyone from the smallest Miraculous fan to the oldest.

Initially satisfied with this backpack, however within a week, the top handle on the backpack ripped right off. Then the strap started coming off (still hanging on by threads). The water bottle lid broke after a couple weeks so cannot use anymore. Now, yesterday the lunch pail zipper broke so cannot use anymore. Very disappointed and would appreciate a refund or replacement.

I cant believe how much I paid for this and the quality of the product :( so disappointed
