As part of an overall health and wellness push, I think this product did add to my efforts in a couple of ways. First, I'm a 53 year old male, and I was already on a weight loss and health plan, limiting carbs and sugars, eliminating alcohol, walking 4-5 mils a day and slowly getting back into some light weight training. I'd lost 20 lbs., going from 215 down to 195. Still feeling sluggish however, and not giving 100% on anything, I came across this product on Amazon and thought to give it a try based on the reviews. I was surprised to find that the same day, taking 3 tablets in the morning with a light breakfast, seemed to give me a bit of an energy boost that helped me through the day. As the days progressed, I felt that in the gym I had a few extra reps on each set, and just more of an overall desire to push the weight past my normal "that's all I want to do today" feeling. One thing leads to another, so continued weight loss, and gains in the gym, as well as endurance in longer walks and hikes followed. Likely as a psychological result of the feeling of more energy, the motivation of the gains made in various exercise activities, all presumably driven or assisted by the addition of this supplement. An increase in libido, whether through the content of the supplement, or the result of better overall health and endurance, along with increased self confidence through the gains made, was noticed. I'm inclined to think that this is more of a result of improved health, but this product certainly helped. I was so confident that this improved my overall health, wellness and motivation, that I order it again yesterday. I hope this review is useful. I have received no incentives to leave this review, just an honest feedback of what I experienced.

I am NOT recommending this product. I am only sharing my personal experience for scrutiny.I have been taking Boost for about a month. Like others, I got bad headaches at first taking the recommended dosage. I quickly changed that and I currently take 2 in the morning and 2 around 4pm daily. I do a light workout at the gym (about and hour) 3-4 times per week. Some weight lifting and treadmill for 15-30 minutes. I TRY to eat healthy and modestly, but like the Big Mac I had today, it doesn't always work. I take no other supplements. I am 48 years old and this has been my experience:1. More stamina at the gym. I have been building up and trimming down a lot faster than before I started boost. I feel better mentaly and physically.2. My sex life has completely blown up! It's not that I'm hornier, it's just that no matter how I ffeel or what mood I'm in, I'm always ready for my girlfriend (18 years younger than myself). It's intense and quite great!3. At work I have been more focused and energetic. I don't get the mid-day drowsiness that I've alway had in the past. I can think clearer and handle tasks with more intensity.4. I've become "nicer" so I've heard. I'm a really nice guy anyway, but I have become way more attentive to my co-workers and I've been in a way better mood. Nothing seems to bother me.All in all, Boost Elite works for me. I will continue to use it for the unforeseeable future. Very satisfied with the results and I've tried many, many different products in the past.

This is mu second review of this productThe company contacted me via email and offered to replace the product free of charge. I felt this was a stand up move on their part. So now that emotions are out of the equation, I will submit a real review for the product. This product is fabulous. No side effects, energy boost minus the jitters. My only subtraction would be the size of the pills and the awful after taste. Other than that.... the product work a as promised. I will definitely order again and make the supplement part of my daily routine.Purchased this item less than a month ago to provided needed energy boost. I decided to take a measured approach as it pertains to introducing myself to this product. Therefore I tool two pills for the each day for the first week. I increased the dosage the following week to two, two dose a day... four pills. I did this for 2 days and then I began the recommended 6 pill a day usage. The product appeared to work, with increased stamina and no side effects. The reason for the low rating was that the package stated 90 capsules, yet I appear to be short approximately 20 capsules. I have missed a few days and skipped a few daily doses (took item once on some days). Additionally, a few capsules were damaged and empty. I wonder if I was the only one to receive an abbreviated amount of pills.
