For the ones who bought the 8 inch do you wish you bought the 9 or vise versa on all sizes

I have an 8 inch knife and found myself wanting a larger one when slicing my own steaks. They both have their uses imho.

I read online that there may not be enough knuckle clearance from the handle to the cutting board for people with big hands. Can anyone confirm/deny?

It's true, if you have large hands, your knuckles will hit the board. Also the end of the blade is straight so theres not much support for your fingers, I had to learn to hold it differently. It's still a good knife just not a good design when it comes to handling.

What does it weigh? And I mean out of the box.

I stuck mine on a scale. It said 8-and-7/8 ounces, and 251 grams.

Are these knives full tang?

Yes it definitely has a full tang handle. This is a great knife.
