I received the expired product. And I wasted 2k on something bad bc I realised late that was consuming expired product for so long. So you guys really need to do the home work.

Works
These are probably the best tubal sleep aid that I've ever tried. I am usually not this sensitive and it takes a lot to get me to sleep but I took one of these instead of two and I was just gone. So yeah if I were you I would try one to start off and if you need more then take the other but it suggests not to take any more than that. But yeah I think I just found my all natural sleep age. I used to have to take prescription drugs to get to sleep but this seems to be working.

I work night shift and I always have a hard going to sleep on my days off. I took one 30 minutes before I go to bed and it worked.
