Exceeded my expectations. Which, we’re admittedly low considering I was getting live trees delivered through the mail. LolBut they were taller than expected, and very healthy. They were packaged well and I am very happy with the purchase. Will be making another order

I was so impressed with these trees. I hesitated ordering in the heat of mid-summer, but I took the chance. I ordered 12 and they all came to me packaged well and super healthy. For reference my daughter in the pic is 5' 2" tall. They are all planted now, doing well and looking forward to watching them grow. Probably going to order more. 🙂 Thank you so much to the seller!!

I've planted 47 of these babies starting in March. Almost all are still alive, but they have not really started to grow yet. Possibly a little but nowhere near the yearly claim estimates. I've lost 13 of the 47 so far. 2 were accidentally run over, one appeared to have damage to the bark on the trunk and while it appeared to be OK for a while, it eventually died, and one that recently just dried up. Not sure what happened to it.Update. I finally contacted the seller and while they initially responded asking for an order number, they have ignored all follow up communication. Silence.....

I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER OF 12 TREES , VERY WELL PACKAGED , BRIGHT GREEN , HEALTHY AND A BIT BIGGER THAN EXPECTED, I HAVE PLANTED THEM IN A ROW ALONG THE FRONT , SO HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GROW AS BIG AND FAST AS IT SAYS IN THE ADD.....IM SICK OF PEOPLE USING MY YARD AS A SIDE SHOW , I HOPE THIS WILL BE THE CURE FOR THAT.

I ordered 8 trees. They arrived today in a timely manner. They were wrapped up well for shipping; soil was moist, all branches covered. I believe the package may have been too small. And, despite the ‘FRAGILE’ label the box was a bit crushed & crumpled. All of the trees have brown areas, a couple of white areas that appear to be mold. I’m letting them rest a day and will plant tomorrow I’m using fertilized & nourishing planting mix but I may add some special vitamins because these babies may need lots of help. Hoping they grow into a nice privacy screen. Time will tell.

I did all I could to talk with the company that sold me these trees looking for expertise on why they died . After planting 12 of them, according to the instructions, all of them died. I wanted to know if it was something I did and I asked a series of questions, of the company, really wanting to know what I might’ve done wrong. I would’ve bought the trees again with more insight or instructions . I didn’t get either from them; they had no solutions —only interested that there were no an obvious defects when they arrived… Which there were not. I am not an experienced arborist. If you are you might have better success than I did but if you are relying on this company being the experts you might find yourself disappointed as I was.

The trees came today. They were wrapped up nicely and all look very healthy! Time to plant our wind/whiny neighbor break!
