Great for my 2007 Honda Civic
Keeps all windows shaded except for early morning and late afternoon. Without the cover it was around 130-135 degrees, with it was around 95-105 degrees, a/c works better now. Assembles easily by myself. Also will save the paint (and interior plastic/glued fabric) from further sun damage.4 stars because of unknown long term reliability. (Open and closing daily at work till fall/winter)

What a great idea
The difference with and without is amazing. It keeps the sun from hitting the top of the car and the temp inside is much cooler. for my dogs when we are out training, AND they made the bag large enough that it slips right back in !Since I bought mine, I know several friends who have now ordered theirs,

Do not waste your money like I did. Cheap plastic snaps and seller doesnt stand behind the product
Looked good and worked good first time until cheap plastic clips holding the corners down snapped. Seller stated they weren't necessary and to keep using it. Second time I used it the wind caught it since the straps werent holding down the sides. This happened when I was inside working. Came and the whole thing looks like a broken umbrellea since the wind also snapped the main pieces that hold it together. Very disappointed. Quite expensive to get only 2 uses. Return window closed just last week. Trick me once maybe, but not again.

Support piece broke.... installed wrong?
The disc that attaches to the shade broke after 2 uses. The broken part that remained on the 3 support arms poked a hole in the shade. This was one of the interior pieces that attached to 3 support rods. It looks like this piece could be replaced by unscrewing the retaining screws to the support poles and then attaching a new piece, with a new disc mechanism to attach to the shade.Please help! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I am sorry to all my NoseWork friends who I have told that this was a good product. Concept is great, production is NOT.

Easy, lightweight solution to shade your car!!
I bought this to keep my dog cool while at dog shows and trials. I can set this up and take it down all by myself, which is important as well. It does cool down the car nicely. I am so happy with this product!!

helps to keep the car cool
I compete in dog sports and wanted to try this canopy instead of a stand alone shade canopy. It works great - I add a reflective blanket on top of the canopy to keep it cooler in the car and have been happy with the results. One caveat - if it's windy, be careful lifting it up or off of the car. I needed two people to ensure that it didn't take off in the wind.

Makes a huge difference in temperature in the car. I purchased this for traveling to dog competition events in which I have to crate out of my car. Easy to put up and take down- one person can do it, unlike those canopy tents.
