This book & system is amazing. It's straight too the point in each area with actionable steps with life changing results. The audio program is very good. At first I wasn't having much luck with it but I discovered it has 10x the effect if I listen 1st thing in the morning. I don't know the scientific reason but my mind seems to soak everything up before I've entered the craziness of a normal day. I get up before everyone else, listen and do the exercises. Because of this the results have been incredible, life changing but you have to put the work in, do the exercises and get up extra early if you can. I know Gurus who would charge £5k for this type of information and you get it all in this little book. His Chatisma & Influence book is recommended as well, Both are life changing.

I received a copy of this book with the DVD and CD. I got to the point in the book where you use the DVD. It didn't work. Neither did the CD. According to the internet the sound means they are unbalanced.I ordered a replacement. No DVD or CD!I was going to leave it but needed the help desperately so I tried a 3rd time. Just this moment tried it and again the DVD is vibrating and unbalanced. To say I'm not impressed is an understatement. Amazon are getting seriously shoddy with their systems.This was a NEW book not 2nd hand so there's no excuse.Waste of time effort and money.

While this did come with the DVD and CD, I have no means of playing them, and without the card and it's login number, which had been attached to the inside front cover, I can't access the important audio and video support. I think for this reason it shouldn't be listed 'As new' as it isn't, a new book would have this card. It's used. Also the inside cover has been damaged at some point. The book is great, but without the DVD and Audio, isn't the full package. I think I'm going to have to buy the book again, making this copy a waste of money.

I bought this book as used,,, it came in perfect condition and in time,,, I have started reading the book, and tried the different exercises,,,, it works, and it has made a difference for me,,, I can recommend this book very highly,,, buy it, and do what it says, it will change your life.
