Very easy to use and works great

Purchased this for a solo trip. It was nice to have a sense of security and some peace of mind while in the hotel room. The design is easy to use and compact.

I use it at home and away.

I had the not-so-distinct pleasure of using this tonight. I had some difficulty getting it on, which alerted the person that I was trying to keep out (my ex) that I was messing with my door somehow. But when he tried to open it, it didn't budge. He kept trying, and it held tight. Kind of a dark situation, I know... But it worked 100% as intended, and my only real complaint is that it's a bit fidgety to get on and makes some noise, which did alert that person. Those extra moments I took trying to get it on were a little scary, but for those of you trying to secure your spaces for added protection well ahead of time, I'm sure that won't be an issue. Otherwise, something to be mindful of.

want the kids to be safe every one should have them

Using this product for additional security at home on front and back doors in a rental property where I can't add formal locks. This provides added security and a secondary lock system. Also; good to take to hotels/motels, to ensure that accidental entry by personnel with keys to the room can't just "walk-in".

When it says "keychain lock" I expected the size of a key chain. Not the size of your average computer mouse.

Very good buy for travelers. Works well.
