Works Well!
Pros: This thing is really cool. It basically has a rice cooker (but just for water to steam) attached to it and you just turn it on and wait a few minutes. It gets really warm and you start feeling the benefits within 10 minutes. Lots of sweat and blood flow. I’ve tried a few of the portable saunas and I really like this one. Plus it can fold up into a pretty small bag for storage!Cons: the chair they send you is very small.. if they just made it a little bigger it would definitely be more comfortable. The place where steam gets in the sauna gets really hot and can burn you if you’re not careful. Make sure to put it behind you and not near your feet and don’t touch it once it gets hot.

Love this Sauna
The first thing I loved about the sauna was easy set up. It was a pop up tent. After removing it from the carry case, I was pleasantly surprised . I thought there would be rods to put together like I saw on some videos of other portable saunas. The next thing I loved about the sauna the steamer was easy connect to the tent with pictures included in the instruction booklet. I loved the heat controls . The first time I used it I put the temp at P7 which was great. The second time I used it I set at P8 which was awesome. I have only had it a few days and used it two times so far but that will be changing . I will be using it every day or a least 6 days a week. There was a lot of sweat. It does the job !. The only thing I did not like was the small chair. I am 5'2" and fit moderately comfortable. A larger person may need to sit on the floor. I absolutely loved the price. I would recommend this sauna. I felt more energized after using it. I am a senior over 69 yrs and did not have any problems but it is always a good idea to check with your Physician . The tiny chair is why it got 4 stars and not 5. Enjoy !!

Good product, needs a new chair
Disclaimer: I received this product for free to review. While I've always been skeptical of reviewers of free product, I now get it - this review is unbiased and reflects my thoughts and experience with the product.******Pros:Small footprint. I have this set up in a corner of my bedroom so that I can use it daily. I love that it is not a space hog.Easy setup. The design is like spring loaded, and the "house" comes as one unit. It popped up as soon as I took it out of the carrying case. Very easy to connect the steamer.Carrying case. I love that everything can fold back into a carrying case for storage purposes. I purchased the suana from this company and it is not easy to store.Cons:The chair. This chair is kid-sized. It doesn't even reach my knees. In the included picture, I have it beside my pet stairs for scale. This chair is useless, don't even try to use it (I did and it was a mistake). Thankfully, the chair from my portable suana fit (barely) in the space.Once I got the chair situation corrected, I was able to enjoy a surprisingly nice time in my own private steam room. The small steamer is surprisingly effective. I will be adding this to my self-care routine. If you don't have a plastic chair at home or a stool you can use in lieu of the chair included with this product, you might not want to purchase it. The chair that is included is just that bad.

Not worth the money
During the pandemic I’ve been missing the sauna at the gym, so I was happy to accept a promotional offer to try this sauna at a reduced price. The steamer works well, but everything about the sauna tent is wrong. Because of that, I don’t recommend this unit. I’d suggest spending a bit more money and getting a unit that is bigger as well as better designed and constructed. Note that the price of this unit has increased by 50% in the last month. Not sure what is going on with that. The performance specifics follow:The unit came with all necessary parts, the instructions were relatively clear, and it was easy to set up. Following the directions to use the P9 setting, the tent heated up to 103oF (at the hand openings) in about 12 minutes. After warming up, the instructions suggested reducing the power to the P5 setting. At P5, the tent held a temperature between 103oF and 105oF (at the hand openings) for a 20-minute session. The steamer used 0.5 liters of water in 30 minutes and was cool enough to open safely after about 45 minutes. One drawback of the steamer is that the lid did not lock – at least I was not strong enough to twist it to lock into place – which is a safety hazard for households with pets or children. As other reviewers have noted, the chair included with the sauna tent is ridiculous. It is suitable for a toddler. I used a camp chair. Had I not done so; this sauna would have been unusable. Overall, the unit is too small for use by adults in the United States. The base of sauna is about 28 inches wide and 27 inches front to back. I am 5’4”. With the camp chair at the back of the unit, my knees rubbed against the front. See the photos of the chair that was supplied and the camp chair that I used. The sauna took a long time to dry – there were still water droplets inside three hours after use. The next morning it was dry. But it takes up a lot of floor space with the front flap down. With so much lingering moisture, I am concerned about mold and bacterial growth, but there are no instructions included about how to clean the sauna. There are also no instructions about how to use the mat – a piece of something like felt. I ended up putting the mat under the sauna tent, to prevent any scratches to the floor, and using towels inside the unit. The hand slots are useable, but the position is awkward. The material used to construct the unit is thin and items left in the front pocket during the session (a phone, the remote and a book) ended up wet. About the remote - the seller didn’t include batteries. The back corners of the sauna tent are secured with scotch tape (see photos). Really?

Good product
Let me begin by saying I was given this product in exchange for a review. I purchased the dry portable sauna 2 years ago and loved it.This steam sauna is also very nice, it’s a great concept. The assembly was simple and it functions really well. When in the dry sauna I could tell how much I was sweating, in the steamer it’s hard to tell since you are dripping wet with the moisture from the steam (which is actually nice since I live in Arizona and it is so dry here). The chair is quite small and the tent wouldn’t accommodate a “very large” person comfortably, other than that, if you’re looking for a steam sauna this is a great product and value.
