Not reenactor quality, but also NOT the junk you get at a halloween store! Great color and feel. The plastitc buttons are a little cheap looking, but if it bugs me too much, they will be easily and cheaply replaced. The fit - I am 5'8" with a 34" waist and medium build, so I ordered a medium. The jacket and trousers fit great. The vest is too snug to wear and will have to be let out. Likely, will need to add some material to the back seam or the sides. That is a shame, but still giving it a good rating for the high quality.

A. M. A. Z. I. N. G!!!!!It’s a percent fit! Large. I’m roughly 190-195 in weight, 5-11.I LOVE the outfit and others were right about the high quality!! It has pocket flaps but no pockets mind you, but it’s BEAUTIFUL! People are taking pictures lol.

I am 6ft 3, 215. The jacket , shirt and vest fit well. The XL pants are too large in proportion, and the fabric is so thin , they look like huge sleep pants. I'll come up w an alternative Otherwise, for the low price, I'm happy.

Purchased for a golf scramble, we were the founding fathers. Great outfit, real pants, shirt, vest and overcoat. I was worried that it would be cheaper and more costume shop Halloween. It’s not, it’s legit fabric and made very well. I am on the heavier side, 5’10”, 250lbs., I went with XXL. The collar on the shirt was snug for my size, everything else fit great. Next up Halloween, will have this outfit for awhile. The middle red and blue and second from the right blue and cream/tan are the two option available to choose from. The others were some cheaper options available when searching Amazon and it showed when side by side.

We needed an outfit for a reenactment but could not afford the full blown historical reenactor clothing. The "costumes" we ordered in the past were Halloween type. Totally unacceptable for what we needed.This piece is great. A cut above a costume for sure. If you need something for a yearly or once in awhile event, this is a great price option.Looked great in photos and true to size. Will order from company again.

Very impressed with the quality, except for the sweat grime on the collar, sleeves and back of the shirt. I was dismayed with the grime , but had already begun shortening the sleeves when I saw it, so couldn’t return the costume for replacement. Obviously this costume had been worn before and returned dirty. The jacket and pants were fine. Had the costume not been worn before, as advertised, I would have given it 5 stars.

The quality is actually really nice and looks great after it’s pressed. I bought an XL for my husband whose 6’2”, 204lbs and usually wears a Large t-shirt and a 38”32” trouser. The top bits—shirt, vest, jacket —were a perfect fit, but the breeches we huge! Would have fit someone who wears a 42”34” trouser! So they needed taking in. Overall it’s a very nice costume with good looking buttons. No pockets anywhere though!

I got this for my son to wear to colonial day at school and he’s obsessed. The fabric is nice and comfortable to wear, it fits nicely and it all looks great. He even wants to wear it just around the house
