Perfectly aligns the foot!
These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I have issues with my left ankle, which has been broken twice. As a result, I’m also developing a hammertoe on that foot. Since I’m one of those peeps whose 2nd toe is far longer than my big toe, it’s a real nuisance. I bought these shoes and they perfectly align my feet and put my weight on my big toes. Fantastic ankle support for lateral moves, too. Also, my feet are narrow but I need room for my toes to spread out in the toe box. All perfect. Great arch, ankle, heel support (and adjustable) with a roomy toe box. Since I bought these for HIIT, cross training and aerobic interval weight training, I’m going to buy another pair to wear around town. AWESOME shoes! Btw, I wear a 9.5-10, more often a 10, and the 10.5 is a perfect fit.

Very comfortable for HIIT especially for wider feet and high foot arches
I use these for my Jazzercise workout and the shoe is very comfortable. Here's why:1. Gives arch support for high foot arches.2. The front part of the shoe is comfortable unlike many shoes where it is narrow. Which gives toes and the instep space to be in their natural configuration.3. There is good support for small jumps, quick sideways and forward movements, and my foot doesn't hurt afterwards.Where shoe may need a bit of improvement is in the very front part at the tip. That can use more padding (my Jazzercise workout sometimes makes you tap toes to the ground and this area can have more padding).I have been using for little over a year, and these are the best shoes I have had for my workouts. If you have somewhat wider feet and high arches, these are the shoes for you.

Great shoe
It was highly recommended that I try this shoe and it has been great, no more knee pain!

Great for Crossfit.
Flat bottom, good grip, and rope-tec make these great for Crossfit. I’ve gone through several pairs of shoes in the past 6 months (one pair was ruined in just one workout) and these have held up really well so far.My one complaint is that one of the metal tips on the laces was crushed when I received the shoes and there doesn’t seem to be an option to order replacement laces.

My favorite shoes
Personally, I think they run a bit on the smaller side only due to the width until they're broken in. I have 4 different pairs and they all start a bit tight but loosen up perfectly once they're broken in. I turned to these shoes when I started lifting again and a coach recommended because I hated Nano, metcons, and no bull. These are a much better git and are relatively light in weight too.

A true training shoe
I've tried 4 or 5 of the top training shoes only to be disappointed because (1) they're actually more of a running shoe or (2) they're uncomfortable and don't fit well. It was love at first try-on with these Inov-8s. I feel my heels planted firmly for squats and lunges (nice heel cup), my balance is better because of the stability they provide and the sole provides great support for my toes during planks and lunges. They're fine for a bit of cardio but they are a low drop (maybe 0 drop?) shoe so they're not meant for long bouts of running, jacks, etc. unless you want to throw in an arch support. I actually love the attached tongue (I use a shoe horn and my feet slip in effortlessly) and the fat laces are kinda fun. I wear a 10 in street shoes but have found myself buying 10.5 in workout footwear. These are a great fit at 10.5. The choice of colors is awesome, too. I went with the grey because I got a super price but i'll buy another pair or two in other colors eventually.

Good for casual wear, not a good design for fitness
First, the fit is great. I’m a 9.5 in everything else and this shoe is no different. They are incredibly comfortable and are probably a great day to day shoe, however, for me, they are not a great shoe to workout in. In shuttle runs and GHDs, the heel of my foot has completely come out of the shoe, sideways. I believe it’s partly because there are not enough lace holes to get the laces higher up on the top of my foot, but still. The sides (just below each side of the ankle) have very little support so a quick turn, like at the end of a shuttle sprint, is all it took for me to slide out of them, even fully laced and tied. Definitely won’t wear for rope climbs. Looking into exchanging for a different type bc while they’re nice for everyday wear, these aren’t what I was hoping they’d be.

Great Shoes!
Great shoes so far! Purchased these after a couple of people recommended them for weight lifting/WOD's. I have worn Brooks and only Brooks for the last 11 years, but wanted something with less cushion for lifting. These are comfortable and give great support, especially in the heels. Toe box is plenty wide (I have a wide foot, so this was a huge concern for me) and I ordered my regular size (Brooks, women's 10)...fit as expected. I don't think I'd run more than a mile or so in them, but that's just me. They feel well-made. Pleased with my purchase!!

Hago CrossFit y he probado Metcons, Nanos y Underarmour.

Very comfortable shoes
They are very light, stable and seem very durable. I have been using them for about a month for my crossfit activities. In my experience one of the most damaging activity for the shoes are the rope climbs and already did two sessions with rope climbs. So far so good. Regarding the fit, the length is true to fit. The toe box is wide enough to spread while lifting but the midline could be tight for people with wider feet. Mine are relatively wide and initially I felt that the shoes were tight at the midline but I never had blisters or any pain even after a month of use. I am very happy with them and will probably buy once these ware out.
