Not fit for all eyepieces
I had to return this item because it did not grip firmly enough around the particular eyepiece of my Nikon 10x50 binoculars. As a result, the iPhone's camera lens could not stay properly centered in the eyepiece.

Excellent Adaptor
This was as described in the product description. I find it to be excellent for the money. It is sturdy and the spring to hold the phone is a strong. A bit fiddly at first, but once I used it a couple of times it was easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised it fitted both of my sets of binoculars. I can't wait to use it on my next birding trip.

Adjust camera settings, add rubber band and it's OK
I got the $19 hookups and it did not like my big eyepeiece celestron 15x binocs and my waterproof pentax 8x was too small but I wrapped duck tape and a rubber band and it stays on. I found central image glare to be a problem with my pixel 7 but I found if I set the camera to 'portrait' mode and used 'wide crop 16:9' it worked pretty well. You have to want a cheap solution and like to tinker with things but it does work. I'll keep it. Careful...you phone might fall off to the floor several times are you adjust.
