It's a very fast little engine!! Its pretty awesome gift and I kinda want one for myself! It will launch itself off your table! It's made from quality parts however the only issue I came across was that you might need to oil the pin on the engine so it wont squeak ever so often. One of the wheels also did not want to fit through the axle making me think that it wasnt drilled through all the way and just dangles off the axle. So I have 3 wheels as a gift!

Well packed. Only assembly is to attach wheels. Beautifully made. Comes with spare parts. Be careful not to touch the alcohol wick to the cylinder when inserting or removing the fuel jar. Make sure there is no other moisture on the cylinder to avoid cracking it when heat is applied. I use 95% denatured alcohol which provides the correct temperature. This is not a children's toy but it is a great educational piece and/or conversation piece.

This is an absolutely fantastic and extremely well priced Stirling engine. You can either use it as the trolley shown, but you can also take off the wheels and use it as a desk top model. Also, the wheels are the same flywheels used on other models so you can run it as a single or double flywheel engine depending on if you free up a wheel.
