Very warm, great value for money and looks great.

DO NOT BUY!!! These are not authentic items. I purchased a 4XL and it’s so small I would estimate it like a UK medium. It’s it much smaller than the advertised sizes! It is also very poorly made.I have asked to return the item but the seller will only provide a 15% refund and told me to gift it to someone!This is my first bad experience of buying through Amazon. I am hoping they will step in and help me. They should remove this seller from their platform immediately!!!!

Sent very quickly, all works fine. Sizing is dubious - order at least one size larger. Bought a large for myself and couldn't do it up (I'm not that big!) so gave it to my granddaughter as was going to order one for her anyway after I'd seen what it was like, and she is a petite size 12. Will now order a larger one for myself as it's very effective. Lovely when out in the cold, but can also be used sitting inside with the heating turned down, so money saving.

Does a perfect job. Very pleased to buy. I use a 20000mAh power bank with it. It lasts all day.

Overall I'd recommend this, very warm even turned off as it's well padded and has silver foil lining. Comfortable too, and good quality considering the price point.The heat seems to be mostly on the front of the jacket and (strangely) the neck which gets very warm. There's some heat at the top of the back, but nothing really at the lower back, which is where I'd like some heat to help with a back problem (this is despite the photos showing elements there)The write up says the battery (I purchased the suggested one from Vida) should "last up to 8 hours" but it only lasts 3 hours 20 minutes on lowest heat setting. I guess a larger capacity battery would solve that, but that's not what the product write up says.So overall, yeah definitely worth it ... but bear in mind the advert write up doesn't quite match the product.

Fab product but advised to order bigger, in fact I ordered a 4XL for my husband who has a 48inch chest, and it fit perfectly.Gets hot very quickly. so great for these winter evenings

Unfortunately I am unable to leave a zero star so the one is only to enable me to warn you to look elsewhere!Purchased 10 Dec for a Christmas present. Chose this seller as they promised delivery before Xmas. Turned up 2nd week of Jan! I read other reviews so ordered 4XL - still a snug fit but ok.BUT it does not turn on. Requested a replacement but that was declined so requested a refund. Through Amazons A-Z was given an address to return to, at my own expense. BUT postcode isn’t correct - An S instead of a 5 and Google street view shows the road only goes up to number 27 but I was asked to return to 60! Total scam - I’m still fighting for my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Leaving aside the rather long delivery time, which is fine but best acknowledged at order time in my opinion, the item is easily worth the cost. It's probably not going to be hard wearing, but it works and makes a great present. At double the price, I don't think I'd be so happy.I got the XL, and it is XL. It's too big really. Which is what I'd expect frankly, I was ill advised in the comments, or the manufacturer started using European sizes, cos we are a lot bigger than their Chinese counterparts.You WILL want to be wearing a cotton sweatshirt or other clothing beneath this, not just a tee shirt. Else you will get sweaty, and cold, and also hot spots will be uncomfortable.
