Bad quality
Very bad quality.1. The stainless steel part is so thin that its almost pokey. For young kids it might scratch the inside of their mouth.2. I have hand washed it a few times and the "tiger" print is already coming off.Don't buy this.

I bought this set for my nephew who is just now wanting to feed himself for the first time. The graphics on this set are so adorable! The utensils are lightweight and the perfect size to be gripped by small hands. I liked the idea that the set came with a knife, fork and a spoon so as he mastered feeding himself with the spoon the set could grow with him and the fork could eventually be added with the knife following a bit later. Since he'd always recognize this as just his set, I thought the progression of adding pieces as he got bigger would continue to make it special over time. The handle are made of plastic with smooth seams and they are firmly attached to the stainless steel bodies of the utensils. Each piece is very well made. I have to mention the attention to detail in the packaging as well. The set comes in an easy to open plastic shell that did not require a scissors to open. I LOVED THAT since I cut myself more than once wrestling a product out of it's hard plastic package that I had to cut then force open. I think any parent would appreciate this set for their little one.

Too cute
My son loves knives and has wanted one that actually cuts for a while. Now that he is 4 years old, I decided it was time. The handles are light, but have a nice grip to it. The knife is slightly serrated and the fork is sharp. The edges of the spoon are a little too sharp, but will hopefully dull over time. The metal itself is stainless steel and the plastic handles are 100% BPA free. The are made in Brazil and are dishwasher safe. This set is so cute and I know that my son will continue to use and love them for a while.I received this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest, unbiased review. I am in no way affiliated with the seller, nor the product itself. All above expressed opinions are solely mine and true.

Average
Was excited to order these. When I got them was a bit disappointed, they look pretty cheap, both handles and metal part. The metal part is pretty thin and rough a bit around the edges, so I fear my kid would get hurt using them. Knife looks like a real one, that can actually it a piece of meat. If you buy this for a preschooler, like I did, consider all this. Otherwise they are cute. Revision after a couple of uses i downgraded my rating to 2 stars: the fork's cow print started rubbing off when my kid was using it. i washed it and i saw the paint was coming off by hand.
