I stopped using almonds and almond products because almond farming has a negative impact on the environment. Cashew farming, on the other hand, is sustainable and has a smaller footprint. This cashew flour is perfect. It's organic and free trade and it works extremely well in gluten-free baking.

I am not much of a cook so I never actually used it as any type of cake or bread flour. But I did add it to various things. And I found that the cashew flower plus unsweetened cocoa, and a pinch of salt mixed with water made a tasty, healthy snack

This cashew flour is excellent! I use a variety of different types of gluten-free flours, and this is one of my favorites. This brand in particular is very fine, which can be hard to find in nut flours. It works great in all of my gluten-free baking.If a recipe calls for one cup of GF flour, I'll use 1/2 cup cashew flour plus 1/2 cup arrowroot starch. If you can't have eggs, add 1 Tbs. powdered gelatin to the flour to act as a binding agent.Great product - I will continue buying it!

I made a cashew flour/coconut flour/walnut/banana bread and it is wonderful! Wanted an alternative to almond flour bread. Also a great company benefitting people in need outside the US.

I took a chance buying this bc it didnt have many reviews. The flour is finely ground with some very tiny cashew pieces but the flavor when baking is incredible. I used it to make cashew flour chocolate chip cookies and the cashew flour crisped up nicely and smelled like a shortbread, very buttery. Highly recommend trying cashew flour.
