Ohio Flame - 30" Campfire Tongs (Made in USA)

We love these campfire tongs. They are heavy duty and sturdy enough to pick up heavy logs. They make tending the fire so easy. We highly recommend them for everyone who camps.

My hubby is ridiculously cost conscious, and the cheap tongs we had in our fireplace set were terrible. So I did a little shopping and research to find what I thought would be good, then bought these and didn't tell him what the price was. ;-)We've had them for a little while, and hubby loves them. Was extolling their virtues today after moving a particularly large piece of wood that should have been split again before burning. So I asked him if I should tell him what they cost, and he said maybe $150? He feels its a great value, hooray! He's impossible to shop for, and these are a winner. :-)

I had these imported to Ireland from Amazon US and cost me a fortune in shipping and import taxes but would buy these again. I have used these now for 6 months with a solo stove bonfire and they are great for moving wood around to keep it feed and to keep it under control. I have lifted got cast iron grates with these. They are tough, maybe little on the heavy side but they need to be solid for lifting wood and that they are. They are a perfect length as anything shorter than this and I get singed but anything longer would be getting a bit unwieldy.I keep them out of the elements as leaving them outside would destroy them.

Great quality and craftsmanship. On the pricey side but you can’t beat the durability. I expect these to last through many winters.

A little overkill for my medium-size fireplace, but very satisfying to use. Great for rearranging the outdoor firepit with a good standoff distance away from the flames.

These are awesome for the outdoorsman, sturdy, able to lift logs 6" x 24" easily if you are.So far been using for 4 fires, works great, priced a bit high, but you get what you pay for.

Can withstand hundreds of degrees and they still look nice. A well made product for casting and grabbing my crucible out of the fire.
