I know I wasn’t expecting much on this watch since it was only $50. But still, the edges were sharp and rough and on top of that they won’t let me return it for free. I went to my local UPS store and they are telling me that it would be $132 and some change. This watch is only $50 and returning it wouldn’t give me my money back. I’ll be losing $82 instead of $50. So why waste my money, that’s why I’m warning everyone who reads this, do not buy this watch. If you aren’t satisfyied, you won’t be getting a free return.

This watch is decent for the price, but not great. This watch does not come in a standard watch case. It comes in a flat box, that reminds me of a bow that you would get some rings in.. and there is a piece of foam between the watch and the top and bottom of the box. The watch comes with protective plastic over the face, and the wrist band to protect it, and to keep them from getting scratched during shipment too. And all of that, in a plastic bag, which was between that foam, and in the box. There was no manual, or anything else that it came with besides that.The watch has a standard clip on back, that you can take off with a utility knife. It does not require a special tool to get it off, which good or higher quality watches have. I took my back off, and found that the watch took a 377 or sr626 battery, which is very common. The inside is just a basic watch setup, with a plastic spacer, retaining clip, to hold the center into place. This is very common for this quality of a watch. I also found that after getting the back off, I could get it back on with just my hands, so no need for a watch press to get the back, back on either. This is good news if you want to change the battery yourself and do not have any special watch tools.The watch band is a bit on the cheaper side, but that is expected for this price of a watch. The band is plenty strong to hold up to normal wear, and should last for a long time with normal use, but I do not expect that it would hold up to a lot of abuse. Still, it is a much nicer looking band then say a cheap plastic one. The latch to the band is a standard double flip latch type, which is normal for this type of watch. I have worn the watch for a while now, and I did find that it is fairly comfortable. The watch band is also a bit on the larger side, so it should fit just about everyone. I have a larger wrist, and have gotten some watches in the past that were too small for my wrist, because of how large it is. This one, I had to move the pin in to make the band smaller, by moving it from the 1st to the 4th adjustment space, to get it to fit. That should give you an idea as to how large this band is. But, to fit smaller wrists, 4 of the links are removable too.The watch is not very heavy. It is also a standard, old school size of a watch. The watch face, minus the stem, is 1 1/2" in diameter. Add about another 1/8" to 3/16" in the width due to the stem. Pretty much a standard sized watch for men's watches.The bezel around the crystal of the watch, does move in one direction too, counterclockwise. I found that this was not the easiest to grab, and to turn. In fact, when I first got it, it was sticking pretty good. After I twisted it around a couple full turns, it loosened up and is not much easier to turn. But, it is still kind of hard to grab due to the small rim of the bezel. I do not find this to be a big deal since it is not something that will really need to be moved a lot, and is not needed to use the watch.As stated, the watch crystal is a mineral glass, which is very common for watches of this price range. I have had it for some time now, and have kept track of the time, and so far, it does seem to hold the time pretty good.The watch does look very nice, and the coloring through it is nice and even. The stem also, just pulls in and out, with no kind of locks, or anything like that. Some good watches, especially dive watches, the stem will screw down to lock it in place, and that gives it better water protection under the water. This watch does not have that feature. Personally, they say that this is 30 meter water resistant, but in my opinion, I would say that this watch should be fine for normal use, like washing your hands, or maybe get caught out in the rain, etc. I would not recommend wearing this while doing things like swimming, taking a shower, etc.Overall, it is a cheap watch, and like they say, you get what you pay for. This watch is not very expensive at 25, but nor is the quality really high. I think the quality of the watch fits very well with the price range that it is priced at. If it was priced a lot higher, I would not be giving it 5 stars, because the quality is just not there for it to be priced any higher then what it is. So for that reason alone, I am giving it 5 stars because it came and is of the quality that is expected for a watch of this price range. If I find anything more noteworthy, I will update. I did get mine at a discount for an honest review.
