It’s light with excellent build quality. The ports speed is above average. Slightly expensive but worth it

Heats very quickly
Immidiately convinced it does not work.Purchased for Apple Macbook air based on the recommendation. With kids doing full time school activities from home, dock is expected to use for many hours a day for most of the week. The dock is heated up in 2-3 hours.So, mine is returned within 2-3 days of purchase!

Very good quality, known brand. Expensive.
For what it is, a bit expensive. For its reputation, build quality and utility, is why i bought it anyway. I have worked with many projects that have used hundreds of these and they swear by them never failing or have very occurrence rate of issues.Bought for business travel purposes and so far has never let me down for equipment testing purposes.

Doesn’t immediately get detected by iOS operating system
I previously wrote that it does not work. After talking to Apple who acknowledged the problem is the operating system as the same problem occurred with their SD card reader. Initially, I could not even examine the card, but using a trick Apple showed me, I can reboot the iPad with the multi-port adapter and SD card installed, then read the card through the files program; just like you would with a laptop. After following the new procedure, this is a very nice and useful device.

Genel olarak çok mutluyum. Ürün bağlantı ihtiyaçlarımın hepsini sorunsuzca çözüyor. Tek bir dezavantajı var USB flaş bellek kullanılırken çok ısınıyor.

Un bon hub Satechi avec beaucoup de UBC-C
Tout les produits Satechi ne se valent pas mais ce hub multiport est très bon. Il permet d'augmenter les ports USB-C en nombre suffisant (x3) ce qui est pratique pour un MacBook Air et même un MacBook Pro. Pour le reste (HDMI 8K et RJ45 et charge USB-C PD et lecteur SD) on est dans la norme de ce qui se fait ailleurs mais tout fonctionne bien. L'absence de USB-A ne me gène pas au contraire, c'est la philosophie de ce hub.
