Bought this as my shaker broke so needed another and to have some energy drink with it made it more attractive. First off the shaker is well made and does exactly what a shaker should mixes well and doesn't leak so no issues with that.As for the energy powders, with it being a mixed bunch of flavours there was going to be some likes and dislikes. So far the only one I dislike, which surprised me, was the tropical which is usually my fave kind of flavour. The tropical had a distinct chemically after taste to it. The other surprise for me was the raspberry usually my least fave was really pleasant and my go to so far. I am yet to try the lemonade and apple, but the others have been pretty good.Now for the nitty gritty the energy boost, having tried this style of energy supplement before (sneak) I did not have high hopes and this although a lot better than the rival I tried was no surprise. There was an energy boost from it, but it was so short lived I may as well have just had a cup of coffee and a multi vit. Ultimately if you don't like coffee and want a fruity alternative then maybe this is for you, but for a sustained energy boost I wouldn't bother and go for a pre-workout instead (my go to being Warrior Rage - blazing berry).I have now tried all the flavours and here's my verdict in reverse order:6- Tropical inital flavour okay but leaves a chemical after taste.5- Cherry had high hopes for this one but it was lacking in flavour.4- Watermelon going to be polorizing it's a love it or hate it flavour and it didn't float my boat.3- Apple exactly what I expected it to be nice and sweet pleasant enough.2- Lemonade if it was just a little more tart would have taken the top spot for me.1- Raspberry normally my least favourite flavour but this one was very pleasant.

Decided to give it a go as alternative to Sneak. I have to say I am impressed with taste which is not as good as sneak but still very good for the price. Most important it does give you that bit of energy without sugar crash afterwards.

I recently ditched the enery drinks monsters , as it has become an addiction…. I firstly switched to sneak and that was a ace alternative however then found these, they’re cheaper and taste way better than sneak by far… taking this starter pack on holiday with me. The shaker is decent and doesn’t leak.My new favourite brand RWE

Good product - powders dissolve completely with no residue in the shaker. Had no noticeable crash.Shaker comes with a screw top to prevent spills, but if I was to make a gripe the drinking lid isn't attached to the screw top lid so cannot be used if jogging for example.I found the 250ml minimum water to dissolve in far far too strong for a single sachet, 400ml recommended maximum was just right for me.* Raspberry - Yummy - tastes like blue raspberry squash* Cherry - Had a very artificial cherry flavour - kinda reminded me a bit of flavoured anti-biotics i had as a kid, not sure about this one.* Apple - Pleasant - Not as sweet as I expected, more of a savoury apple flavour than "apple juice"* Tropical - very strongly flavoured of pineapple with a aftertaste of something else, couldn't get any other identifiable tropical flavours* Sweet lemonade - Tastes somewhere between "old style" cloudy lemonade & Lemon Iced tea.* *Bonus* Watermelon - Smells & Tastes like Watermelon flavoured Willy wonka everlasting gobstoppers.

After using sneak and wanting to move away from monster, I tried this brand. I can honestly say the flavours are good, sweet lemonade and tropical are my go to! The energy it provides is noticeable aswell

just so you know the flavor is great. how great i hate watermelon and the wartermellon was good. because of it being sugar free it dose have that sugar free texture but it depends on the flavor. YOU WONT MISS THE SUGAR its plenty sweet.my suggestion follow the instructions. 400ml is enough and you get a good hit of caffeine from a sip so it will last. finally don't OD two a day is plenty of caffeine.

Got this to test as a substitute for sugary energy drinks and was pleasantly surprised.Only tried the raspberry and apple flavors so far but both are really nice. The taste isn't as overpowering as an energy drink which makes them for easy drinking, plus if you double up on the recommended water to get more hydration they work surprisingly well as a hangover cure.I chuck a couple of ice cubes in and shake until they're melted to get it ice cold.Will be ordering a tub after this, just need to figure out which flavour.

I would love to be able to test this product as it’s a starter kit but all I recieved was an empty shaker
