Kombucha Scoby

DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!! Utter waste of money. It’s a poor translation of a collection of articles you could find online (if you found them online you would look for something better written). There is not enough information in it to do what the title suggests ie make your own Scobys and from that kombucha. I found more information on Facebook. It gets one star because I can’t leave review/warning without one.
