Helpful product and great customer service
Updated: Firefly offered to send me a replacement for the one that cracked. I upgraded my review from 4 to 5 stars. Very good customer service! Original review: I have been using one of these for over a year and am about to purchase a second one. The first one served me well, even though I did experience the drips described in other reviews and the need to be careful not to overfill or squeeze it accidentally. I always hold it over a sink when refilling candles. My old one cracked on the 300ml line, as someone else described, which was disappointing, but the overall helpfulness of this product is enough so that I won't give up on it.

Handy, easy to use, and a safe method to refill liquid candles.
The refill bottle makes refilling liquid candles easy, all due to the exact instructions included with the bottle by the CEO of the company that produces the bottle. Another item well worth the purchase price. The humor of the CEO in his instructions, and his sincere method of promoting safety are appreciated and will solidify his business.

Efficient with minor drips.
There are a few tricks to using this. It is not drip free, but it is almost drip free and if you use lots of tiny oil lamps, as I do, this item can be a huge time saver.1) This will live on a napkin lined paper plate so plan that for your space/storage requirement.2) When you squeeze this container to expel the liquid, a vacuum is created that will CAUSE the filling spout to build up a drip - but that's what makes it all work. i. keep a napkin handy ii. learn to roll it back while the air is rushing in, between fills, so that the spigot is facing up iii. accept that every few fills, even with rolling it back, that there will be a drip from where the oil has ran down from where the fill tube attaches to the main body iv. loosen the cap to cancel the vacuum3) KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN - SERIOUSLY4) Enjoy your oil lamps, knowing that your days of using a tiny funnel and contemplating whether it is "worth it to light them" are OVER!

I use it however It leaks after approx 6 months use.
1. Have paper towels for work area.2. Yes, it drips, immediately upon withdrawal from the lamp tilt bottle away from gill spout to break siphon. Only fill bottle to 400 millimeters. Above 400 and the slightest squeeze of the bottle cases fill tube to pour. If so TILT bottle away from pour spout when no longer tilted. Patience, a small funnel to place in lamp, and paper towels are key. I use medical tweezers to handle my wick! Not perfect and cracks occur in the side of the bottle requiring a reorder to replace. Improve bottle strength.

Drips all over
I bought a new one for our church because our old one dripped on the table when we were filling the candles. We have been using this new one since I purchased it in August and thought it just needed some use, but today it dripped a lot all over the table when I set it down. It just makes a mess, so we will continue to use our old one, since it only leaves a few drops on the table, this new one drips a lot. So disappointed.
