Too quality revision help
Written for the GCSE AQA Germany vocabulary exam. I asked a GCSE German student to check these cards out. They were really impressed especially with the help with individual German words. We have here a pack of 96 just over playing card sized revision cards. The pack is designed to be used alongside the relevant CGP text book although class notes or another text book will be suitable too. Made from good quality card with rounded edges that will withstand lots of use. The pack of revision cards is small enough to pop in bag or pocket but big enough to see and read. Everything I would expect a student to learn here is included. There are questions and help to learn phrases in German with the English translation too. There are mini test questions and other help. So much packed into what at first feels like a smallish box. Questions on one side of the card and answers the other. With helpful cards of definitions, practical skills which is great too. Written well clear. Very impressed.

Great revision aid
I did not obtain these cards to revise for GCSE exams. I am using them to revise my German languagse knowledge gained mainly from evening classes and used for holidays and business trips to Germany and other German-speaking countries. I have found them really useful, and are helping me to remember my German grammar while I am not able to travel (due to COVID travel restrictions). There are different styles of cards in the set, but they all work along the lines of giving you a list of words in German or English, which you have to translate before checking the answers on the reverse. So you must have a decent knowledge of German before using these. They are definitely to be used to revise rather than learn and you will need to already have German languagse skills around GSCE level to get much out of them. The cards are attractive with interesting, and sometimes humourous, illlustrations. The pack is larger than a pack of playing cards and might be a bit bulky to carry in a pocket, but it would fit easily into a bag, so you could carry these with you and use odd moments of free time to fit in some revision.

Indispensable study aid for German learners
The most important thing about these cards, in my view, is that they provide an alternative medium for studying. You can sit there with your grammar book, or read a story, or pore over Duolingo or Babbel or whatever the latest app happens to be. All of those are great, and they complement each other, and so does this set of cards. You read a bit, you study a bit, you memorise a bit, you practise a bit. And then you feel you've done enough of those things, and you can pick up these cards and they are just a different way of learning, and that is the key. They're an excellent tool - one more tool in your tool box. One that can be taken on the train, or played with at the breakfast table, or used to make a game with a friend. Every learner can have fun and make advances with these cards.
