Highly recommended for 2 reasons, and with explanations of its intended use: 1) My first version of this cooler/speaker combo clearly had an issue with the speaker, but because I bought it last fall, and didn't use it till this spring, I missed the window of opportunity to return/exchange. Because of that I posted a review of my experience including very poor sound quality. However, much to my incredibly pleasant surprise, I was contacted by the company, WHO HAD ALREADY SHIPPED ME A REPLACEMENT COOLER BEFORE EVEN BEING IN CONTACT WITH ME!! That is incredible service, and something I really appreciated. 2) I have been using the new cooler for about 2 weeks now, and would offer the following observations: now that I have a properly functioning cooler, the speaker sounds great for its size, keeping in mind it has a 3-inch "woofer". If you are throwing a block party or trying to create musical ambiance at a large and noisy neighborhood pool, or want the ground to thump with excessive bass, this small speaker is not designed for any of those applications, and that is not the intent with the portable size. We have found it to be PERFECT for packing up drinks for the family (yes the cooler is quiet roomy and spacious... Could probably hold 12 cans or bottles with ice, easily) and having it create "private ambiance" at the pool. In other words, at about 1/2 volume, the music quality is very nice and balanced, and gets plenty loud if I want music for 2-4 folks at a busy pool, if that makes sense. It is plenty loud for a smaller applications, like sitting around the pool, hanging at the beach, having a picnic, hanging at park table, or even a canoe trip, when you aren't trying to share your tunes with the whole neighborhood. If your needs are what this cooler offers by its portable design, I would definitely recommend it.

UPDATE: I bought this awesome cooler a while back and was absolutely in LOVE with it. I used the detachable speaker for everything, when the cooler part wasn't necessary. Somehow I lost the cooler part and I reached out to the company recently to see if I could purchase just the cooler part. I was absolutely beyond impressed that when I emailed the company, Brian responded immediately and I was impressed with how quick he even read my email, like he's a super speed reader or something...and had already written back with information. They no longer carried that specific model. I was completely ok with that and decided since I loved it so much, I would just purchase one later when I could. This man went above and beyond and emailed me soon after telling me he found one. He gave me an incredible deal and sent it right away! Whoa! Customer service like that is just about non-existent in the days we live in now! I'm set now but I'm going to be buying at least 2 more later, if not more. Anything else this company decides to carry will have my support! Thank you for really impressing the hell outta me! God bless you, your company, and all of your endeavors!!I LOVE this cooler!! I bought some beer and a ten lb bag of ice, thinking someone would need my leftover ice...but there wasn't any. More room than u think. Then on river, i got scared it wasn't water resistant but i rented a tube for it and another cooler...it got a little wet, no problem. We jammed and actually had to turn it down a little. Love this cooler!!

I bought 5 of these Bluetooth coolers, one for myself and one for each of my four adult children. Who just love theirs. I use mine every day. The sound is very powerful and of good quality. The Bluetooth is easy to pair and holds a charge for a long time. Drinks stay nice and cold, even overnight. The bag is light weight and roomy. It is reasonably priced and makes a good gift. I messaged the seller to ask for the link to order an extra charger, and he very quickly sent me 2 free ones! What a guy!! I will definitely buy from him again.I love my Bluetooth cooler and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy one.And as for the seller, you’re the best!! Thank you!!

This a very smart idea. I no longer have to carry a speaker with me now when i head to the park with friends. It's well constructed and the speaker has great volume. There is an easy access front zipper(see pics) to turn on and off the speaker, charge it, or use the headphone jack. Sync'ing it to your phone works just like any other bluetooth device. There are no volume controls on the speaker so you have to use your phone to control the volume. It comes with a micro USB charging cable and a headphone cable. You can directly connect your phone to the speaker through a head jack if you don't want to use the bluetooth.There is ample room in the cooler. I've included a few pictures for scale. It can easily hold a 6 pack of bottles of beer with room for ice.

Haven't had much chance to use it yet but I like it so far. I bought it mostly to keep my phone cool while charging this summer. Its size is quite ample for stowing a couple beverages and cold snacks. The speakers provide good volume but not necessarily the greatest range or clarity. My one criticism is that I found it difficult to reattach the zipper for the speaker if detached. When charging, I recommend not removing the speaker if possible. All in all, I can't wait to use it this summer knowing I will not have to worry about overheating warnings on my phone.

I bought this as a lunch box for work. As a postal worker you get tired of hearing the banging and clanging of the truck so I really wanted a hands free music option. This bag can fit my lunch and the contents of my purse. The charging port on it was a god send because most of the postal vehicles don't have cig lighters that work, so I was a able to charge my cell phone or the MP3 player I paired it with. Great bag, great sound quality. Love it.

I wanted to wait a few months before I did a review to give my honest opinion. I've taken this cooler speaker to work with me everyday since it arrived at my doorstep. I mainly use it for a daily work bag cus the speakers in my work truck SUX. Most recently, I took it on a fishing trip so I wouldn't have to take a cooler and speakers. I figured it would keep our lunches cool. My brother swears it was scaring the fish away but that's just cus he wasn't catching anything lol. After these few months, it's still good as new and I'm looking forward to bringing it to a picnic we're having on the 4th.
