I wear a size 34B bra (5'2", 113 lb), so the chart said to order XS. I could not even get it on. So I tried S. I could get it on, but it was too small. So I tried M. Still too tight. Finally I tried L, and it fits and is comfortable! I am an older woman, so I am shaped a little different than I used to be. Also, I do not run, so I don't need as much support as an athlete would.
