I ordered these little packets to put in jars of dehydrated foods. They work perfectly, and are food safe! Shipping was prompt, and I will order again.

We are in that very brief period before it's time to turn on the air conditioning in Central Florida. The temperatures are OK, but the humidity is still a factor. I was looking for a way to dehumidify several areas in the house. One area in particular is our safe. It isn't near an electrical outlet, so an electric dehumidifier isn't the answer. In my Amazon search for desiccant I came across TinyHippo. The reviews were good, so I ordered the twelve pack. The 50 gram pack is about the size of a deck of cards. They were well packaged and the instructions are clear. I also like that they change color when they have maxed out their ability to absorb moisture. I distributed the 12 pack thru'out the safe. They haven't changed color yet. When they do show the color change, they can be renewed by placing them in a microwave to dry out the moisture. Some of the competing products required baking in a conventional oven for hours. I like a few minutes in the microwave much better. TinyHippo has a good idea and executed it well.

I’m happy with the size of each packet. They’re small enough to tape to the lid of my 8oz mason jars. They have kept my dehydrated fruits dry so far. No complaints, would recommend.

At one gram, these packets are just the size I was looking for. Small enough to use anywhere and sold in bulk so I can use more if I need to. The bag is resealable so you can store what you don’t use without risking spoiling the rest.
