I am really happy with how this lighting fixture turned out - it looks A LOT more expensive than the purchase price!The only reason for not giving this product 5 starts is due to the fiddly wiring with pretty basic instructions.If you have never worked with electrical’s before then you may want to pay a professional to help install. The instructions don’t provide much hand holding throughout the building / wiring process.Luckily my partner was able to do it himself, but I would have been stumped on my own.

I had my eye on a similar style light from elsewhere for £100 but by the time I was in a position to buy it was discontinued. Took a chance on this one and I am SOOOO happy!! Looks so smart and really adds interest without being full on. We already had a light fitting with a similar base so was easy to install for us. Not sure how simple it would be from a pendant light. It doesn’t come without bulbs but we got the ones pictured easily from B&Q. Will definitely be purchasing more for other rooms in my house!

Great lux. as a general comment, Chinese appear not to have a standard for electrical connections. Some are terminal blocks, some require caps, some not supplied with anything. In the case be aware. 6 lights had multiple live and neutral cables for connecting into a relevant connector caps (not supplied). Know your electrical or pass over to an electrican for safe fitting.

I purchased this for about GBP28 - which is far cheaper than most of the light fittings at this price. If you are doing the same, a few points to note:+ as most of the reviews point out, wiring this thing up is not straightforward. 6 neutrals and 6 live wires need to be connected to one terminal, that will then need to be connected to the wires sticking out of your ceiling. The connectors provided were quite small so I used larger ones.+ the light does not fit 100% flush against the ceiling. There was about a 5mm gap - handy perhaps if your ceiling is not very flat, but I found it annoying. A couple of washers underneath each of the bolts that hold the cover up to to bracket fixed this.+ all 6 bulbs will be on at once. Even after using 40w equivalent LED bulbs, a small double bed room was still very bright. I'd recommend this for either a medium to large room or else getting some of the LED-exposed bulbs which tend to have lower power ratings.Overall after about 1 1/2 hours I had a good-looking light fitting up. Even a more expensive light fitting might take half an hour to change, so I guess this wasn't too bad.

We have got this in our guest bedroom, very good choice for yellow and grey decorations. And looks really nice

Excellent value for money. Very easy to assemble and fit. I choose the vintage bulbs to set it off and personally think it makes it look more expensive. Would highly recommend !
