The concept of this clock is great. Unfortunately it just didn’t work well for us. Not only were the instructions unclear regarding some features, it just flat out didn’t work reliably. Some days the morning alarm would work. Some days not. Same with the go-to-bed alarm.I also disliked that the alarms HAD to include sound. We were hoping that only a light would shine so he could see that it was ok to get out of bed (or time to go to sleep). We didn’t want it to actually make a sound to wake him up. We chose the least invasive one and turned the volume all the way down, but it was still kind of annoying.We ended up returning this.

Yes, as others as said it's a bit difficult to set up but once you get it it's not that hard. There are three alarms, one goes off every day, the others on weekdays and weekends. You set the everyday alarm to the bed time, and the other two to the wake up time. For each alarm, you can choose the light color, how long the light stays on (including all the time), and the sound type and volume. Sound can't be turned off entirely but that's not too much an issue because there's one sound type (number 9) that's barely audible when the volume is all the way down.The thing that kills it is it's not reliable. Many mornings I'd go in the room and it's still showing the sleep face, even way past the time the wake up alarm is configured.Returning it.

So many people gush about training clocks. Not me. Right out of the box, it is very difficult to set. Once I did get it set (I thought), and told him red in bed, green light go. He fell asleep fine. In the middle of the night- the training light turned off. My son woke up 5 times looking for the green light to get up. Which means I woke up 5 times. Because the red light wasn't on, he was confused. It never turned on to green despite setting alarm (I thought) And it was the worst sleep since newborns. I gave it 2 stars because its at least a cute design.

Really like it. It is really helping my three year old make The connection to bedtime and morning time.

it is not reliable.. the alarm does not always work

I can’t figure this out for the life of me! I can’t get the puppy face to go to sleep at 8pm and wake at 7am.

I tried for a few days to get the walls up mode figured out with no success
