I am very experienced in training and I have used tons of pre-workout and most of them work, but, makes you shaking and give you lots of jitters, but I have not experienced any of this with this one. It does it’s job delivering energy and strength without any side effects. However, if not experienced with Pre, I do always recommend to start with half dose. The taste is ok, not very sweet, but it’s the results that matter. I would definitely buy it again.

I bought this product a while ago and wanted to wait before reviewing so that I could give an honest review.I absolutely love it!! It gives you an extra edge and focus while working out, the aches I feel while exercising which normally slow me down are non existant and I definitely feel like it's improved my stamina. Also I absolutely love the flavour its not too weak and its not too strong but also a little sour so it gives you a nice little kick.While looking for a pre-workout I read quite a lot of negative reviews about the products leading to stomach issues which worried me because I have a sensitive stomach but turns out I had nothing to worry about with this pre-workout because there are no ill effects and no crash afterwards, I'm able to happily go about my day still feeling energised.This is now my go to product for every workout.

The smell is kind of Apple and Raspberry candy but as soon as you mix it in and have it it does not smell or taste nice at all.With that being said it does the job gives the rush the buzz and the pump but than again so does C4 while tasting better and the boost lasting longer.If you can choose between this and C4 pay more get yourself some C4.

I've been using this pre-workout before my last few sessions and I have found it to be really beneficial. The flavour is just right, not too strong or overpowering but not too weak either.I found that it mixed really well with 300ml water and didn't take much shaking to completely dissolve which is convenient.I found the product to really help me in the gym to overcome tiredness and feeling lethargic in the morning, it definitely gave me a boost.Overall I would definitely recommend.

I've tried a few pre-workout supplements and really like this one. The taste is nice and fresh; I find sone others really hard to get down but no issues with this one. Definitely felt the added focus and energy in my CrossFit workout. Nice tingle without "the itch" (when you know, you know...). Would buy again.

Arrived a day earlier than expected. The design on the label is beautiful, certainly grabs your attention. I went for the rasberry and apple flavour. Tastes very nice, don't get the overpowering sour taste that you often get with pre-workout powders containing malic acid. Overall, very impressed. Will try more products from this company

This pre workout definitely works.I take one scoop 20mins before working out and as I walk to the gym, I can feel it kicking in. My body is getting warm, that tingling feeling kicking in and I’m just focused. Gym sessions are a breeze and I find myself completing my usual routine quicker.This is just what I need to give me that extra push through these cold winter months.
