Excellent if you don't like the gels
These are similar to small cubes of jelly. They have a subtle taste and texture and are easy to swallow and kind on the tummy. No dry mouth as you sometimes expect from the gels and offer a good alternative to the gels. Great for long runs or cycles and help reduce fatigue and maintain performance.
