Accurate and very fast reading!
I needed to upgrade older style temperature probe and this product fits the bill! So much faster, convenient with the magnet attachment and very easy to operate. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Take the string off
Works great had for quite a few months now no issues. I would just take the string off right away it gets in the way.

used as yogurt making themometer
The only thing I do not like about this unit is that it takes a few moments to turn on and off. Also the magnet is not very strong. In general it is a really nice unit and works just fine.

Easy to use, clean, store
Seems to be exactly accurate. Inexpensive way to precisely control your meat and candy cooking. Pays for itself with the first bite into a perfectly cooked steak.

Very quick temperature read.
This instant thermometer reads the temperature within a 2 seconds and is very accurate within a couple of degrees per my other thermometers.
