Perfect to keep birds off the top of our screen
This review is written by Dianne Zalewski: We asked our screen builders to stretch these discs along the top of the screen to keep large birds (e.g., storks and herons) from hanging around while they look at the lake behind our house. When birds hang out, they also leave a reminder that is liquid and white. The bigger the bird, the bigger the reminder. Since these discs, strung along parachute cord, were hung, no large bird has rested on our screen. As a result, our pool and our hot tub have remained clean.

Resolved my bird problem instantly
I had a bird continually flying into my sliding door when it saw it's reflection, every 10-15 seconds. Not only was it noisy, and there was bird poop all over my deck, but I was worried about the bird. I did some research and purchased these discs. They were very easy to assemble, and I only used about half of the package. I put them out, and never had the bird problem again. I would highly recommend these discs for anyone having a similar issue.

I am truly amazed.
Well I didn't have high hopes that these would work but it has been two months and I have had only two bird poops in the gazebo. I put two of the reflectors on each side of my gazeebo. Without these reflectors my gazebo table and chairs would be covered in bird poop by now. I am truly amazed and reordering another set.

Sharp metal edge, emergency room visit for stitches. thats even before you get to use themBirds just look at these while eating out of my humming bird feeder, does not work on acorn woodpeckers

Flimsy
I tied these to a small rope and strung it across my pontoon boat, hoping the spinning discs would deter the gulls. They did, but the disks broke away from the hanger on the fist night. These need to be sturdier, otherwise they are a throwaway item.

Waste of Money
The birds love these....they sit by them and admire themselves everyday.These worked for about a week - I assume the birds got accustomed to seeing light reflect off them and began to ignore them. Waste of money!

I love these, we have yard lighting on all night
I love these, we have yard lighting on all night, and these dance through the house when the light hits them, at first, I got up one night for the restroom and I thought someone was shining a flashlight in the house because a beam came down the hall wall.

Pretty and effective
So far these are keeping the pesky woodpeckers away. They're actually very pretty shining in the sunlight and look better than the silver ribbon that I was using.
